King Leo Flys 8,000 Miles to Receive Environmental Award
Leo DiCaprio reportedly flew a cumulative total of 8,000 miles in his private jet this past week. Yes, 8,000 miles. To pick up an environmental award ironically enough.
So his travels went as follows:
He flew from New York to Cannes for the film festival, accompanied by model Georgia Fowler, despite previously being linked up with Polish model Ela Kawalec (really subtle Leo, really subtle).
Then, he flew all the way back to New York for the Riverkeeper's Fisherman's Ball, a clean-water campaign project. Subsequently, he then re-entered his private jet for another flight back to Cannes, this time for the cinema against AIDS gala where he delivered a speech.
THEN, he flew from Cannes to France where he hired a helicopter to pick him up from the villa he rented to a party at the luxurious Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc.
So I guess this is basically what happens when you have $350 million dollars, multiple supermodels beg to sleep with you, but you still have to save the earth at the same time. I really can't fault Leo for this, he gets to where he needs to be because the world can't save itself. But he can, and he will.
Godspeed, Leo, godspeed.
